A Christmas family tradition in Guadalajara Mexico, we used to make different dishes for “Cena de Noche Buena” (Christmas Night Dinner), among those dishes Birria was one of them, it brings back amazing childhood memories, and that could be something that you can do with your family and pass it on to the next generation.
